Does someone need to sign for the order; or can you leave it somewhere?

Yes, Dilly Delly sells products containing alcohol, our couriers will require you to present valid government issued photo identification as proof of age from the recipient of the parcel, even if that recipient is not the customer who placed the order. This is so we can ensure no alcohol is in the possession of minors. We will not leave the parcel at the local post office; the parcel will be brought back to us and re-dispatched at your expense.  

 

What’s included in the box?

Each cocktail box includes the freshest bottled cocktails for your enjoyment! If you have ordered any bar tools they will be included in your box. We don’t include garnishes so that you can have creative authority over your cocktails. So, grab yourself some fresh fruits or even some edible flowers and make them your own masterpiece or don’t, they will taste just as good! Do I need to buy anything?

The beauty of Dilly Delly is that our bottled blends are perfect as they are but suggest you drink them cold (shaken or stirred with ice).

 

How many cocktails can I make/ order?

Each bottle contains the amount of liquid used to prepare two cocktails. There is a minimum order of two bottles per order and a maximum or 12 bottles per order.

 

How many standard drinks are in one bottle?

Each bottle contains the liquid of two cocktails, this however does not mean two standard drinks. The standard drinks in each bottle varies between cocktail but ranges between three to four. Each bottle clearly states the number of standard drinks on the back label.

 

What are my payment options? 

We use Shopify to process payments. Options include all Australian debit and credit cards, including American Express.

 

My delivery has taken longer than expected, where is it?

Deliveries are handled by our delivery partner, gopeople, with tracking provided for each order. We recommend you contact them directly via the details in your shipping confirmation to get a real time update on your delivery.

 

My package is damaged, can I get a replacement?

Please contact us via our contact page with photos of the damage, and return it to us. Once the return is underway, we can arrange a replacement to be sent.

 

Can I return an order?

This can be arranged in certain instances of product faults or other issues. As this is a food product, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Please contact us at adele@dillydelly.com.au to discuss details regarding returns.

 

Where do you deliver to?

Dilly Delly delivers to almost all locations across Melbourne. We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or locations outside of Victoria… yet.
